A great performance on Saturday and a great win. Goals in the 1st half from Eli, Pierce and Charlie and goals in the 2nd from Róan (x2), Charlie and an own goal from a deflected cross by Charlie gave us much to be happy about.
The back 3 of Keelin, Jake and Samuel were strong and gave away very little. Lorcan in goals played well, gave great delivery and came off his line intelligently. Alex came in at the back in the 2nd half and played well. Great to have him playing with us again.
Evan, Isaac, Róan and Pierce ran the show in the middle using possession well, creating great chances and ghowing good physicality to win back the ball. Charlie and Adam attacked relentlessly on the wings and Eli had another excellent performance up top, holding on to possession well and creating good chances.
It was pleasing to see how well players supported each other throughout and worked hard to the end.
Thanks to referee Ger Cahill who had a good game too and thanks to all the supporters who cheered us on.
