Silent Sideline Policy

​Kinvara United promotes a “silent sideline” policy as part of our philosophy in nurturing a safe, positive and encouraging environment for all players and club members in which to play their football. Team coaches are the only individuals who should be engaging with team players, coaches and match officials regarding to on-field activities, performances and decisions made.

Both teams' coaches and substitutes must stand on the same side of the pitch, while parents and supporters must stay on the opposite side.

 

We expect all of our extended community to adhere and respect this policy and appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this regard.
